Also I have added some temporary submission guidelines for the articles area.  Be sure to read them if plan to submit an article.  They didn’t quite end up where I wanted them so I hope to move them to a better spot soon.

I am also looking into having the business listings downloaded/uploaded to the site.  I have been in contact with the company and hope to hear back by next week.

Banners being displayed on the site are currently showing with scroll bars on the side and bottom.  So I am also trying to figure out how to get rid of those.  I’m not sure if it’s my mistake or a problem with the software.

I’m also looking for business owners to test the site.  So if you would like some free advertising use the contact form on the site and you will be able to use all services for free.  You may have to cut and paste or type Pictoucountysearch.com into your address bar to get to the site as the link from this post may not work.

The site is new and I still have a lot of work to do to get it up to speed.  There has also been a problem with the domain name that I have yet to solve.  Previous to this the domain pictoucountysearch.com was permanently redirected to another domain.  Now some of the links seem to be still pointing to that other domain.  While I am working on this problem if you want to view the site you may have to cut and paste or type the link into your address bar http://www.pictoucountysearch.com.

• Cap site brown school – that’s all that was there.  I guess I intended to find the internet address for it.  Well I’m still looking.
• A note to make a “free stuff” category at Pictou County Links.com.  I may have done this already, I can’t remember.
• Dr. Brock.com – I’m not sure why I had written that down.  I couldn’t find a website at that address.
• Areogarden, getthegarden.com – I must have seen this one in a commercial.  It’s kinda cool, for growing herbs and bulbs.
• CPP.ca – an insurance website that I must have been looking at.
• Bigchipsforum.com – as usual I have no idea how I found this addy in the first place.  It’s a poker site that ranks other poker sites.

To start with I did the obligatory Google search for New Glasgow Nova Scotia airport. If you are from around here you will know that the closest airport is in Trenton, Nova Scotia. It is not an international airport. I believe it is considered a regional airport.

Anyway I only got three results that I was happy with and here they are:

1. Town of Trenton website – here I found contact info for Trenton Airport Limited.
2. We Are Pictou County.com – profiles of the Trenton airport and the Halifax International Airport.
3. ProfileCanada.com – this result referred to it as Trenton Municipal Airport.

Well that’s it. I had plans to do more but that server outage caused me to lose all of the work I had already done.
